Description

This sidewalk is severely damaged. Its rise is 10 inches above the surface because of a growing Oak tree in a City tree well. This was originally reported in the Spring of 2024 and has not been repaired. It prevents anyone from getting out of their car because of the 10 inch rise next to the curb. This has to be the worst sidewalk in the Fan.
