Description
The sidewalk replacement restoration is totally unacceptable. Prior to the replacement we had a grassy areas that we paid our lawn company to maintain. Post sidewalk replacement we have a muddy mess of some sort of sludge and field grass or weeds. See before and after pictures. I should not have to wash my car after every rain storm because this muddy median mess has splashed all over my car. DPW should be ashamed of this quality of work, particularly in light of recent tax increases.
