Description
This is the perfect combination of absentee owner, deadbeat occupants and the city bulk services not picking up at this corner regularly. Trash and debris set out for bulk is continually missed by the city and cans are not pulled in by the occupants, resulting in a trash corner that is not only unsightly, but attracts rats, raccoons and other pests. Currently there is bulk trash that has been accumulating for over 2 months with new stuff added in the last 2 weeks. Any help is appreciated.
