Description
W 26th Street is used a cut through from Riverside Drive to Semmes. There are hills sloping downwards towards Semmes and Riverside Drive. Cars go very fast down those hills especially as they approach Semmes and they are trying to beat the traffic light. We need a speed hump put in half between Semmes and Springhill Avenue. Also a speed hump is needed half way between Stonewall Ave and Riverside Dr
