Description
There are deep ruts in the ground next to the cement alley, in 3 different spots. All kinds of trucks go through here and seem to fall off the alley into the soft ground. Could these possibly be filled with a mix of asphalt to eliminate the 7" fall-off the alley? This area is located directly outside the property's brick wall along the alley. These rut issues are close to the entrance on Loxley Rd. I will attach 3 pictures to illustrate where the ruts are located.
