Description

The sidewalk is lifted on certain parts and when people are walking or running they are tripping and falling and coming to my residence as if I’m responsible. I apologize that they are injured but tell them to contact RVA311 as it is the City’s responsibility. It keeps on happening and I am at my wits end because i’m unable to lift big slabs of concrete or make repairs. Please help make this repair!
