Description

Citizen says the coffee shop at the corner of Bland St and Semmes Ave causes a lot of traffic through their neighbor hood and people are always traveling at a high speed on Saturdays and Sundays, would like to have a speed hump placed on Bland to deter speeding

    The average speed on Bland St between Forest Hill Ave and Duston Ave measured 17mph. The speed samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed limit and speed tables are not currently planned.
