This request is one of multiple requests for a ROUNDABOUT @ AFTON AVE & COLUMBIA St to slow down speeding vehicles day & night! This will also enhance the appearance of the neighborhood, which is Much Needed!

    The average speed on Columbia St between Royall Ave and Bellemeade Rd ranged from 12mph to 16mph. The speed samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets and a roundabout at Afton Ave is not planned at this time.
