Description
Many signs posted by First Unitarian Universalist Church for their big gay market. According to Virginia code, there should be a $100 fine per posting. They also illegally painted a rainbow on the crosswalk without a permit. This is starting to excessively spread through the Carillon neighborhood.

- Staff · September 15, 2025A Right-of-Way Inspector visited the location and found that: The markings in the crosswalk are temporary chalk and not permanent paint. There are currently no signs posted within the public right-of-way at this location. Based on these findings, no violations of City Code were observed. We will continue to monitor conditions as part of our routine inspection responsibilities. We appreciate your attentiveness to the neighborhood and your willingness to report concerns. Sincerely,
