Access to the alley from rear yard is too limited for large items, and inspection of loose trash found several items with out-of-town address. It appears to have come from a move-out or decease situation and illegally dumped here. Therefore a violation Notice does not seem appropriate in this case. Referring to Mssrs. Sumpter & Robinson to coordinate response when resources are available. Also intend to update requestor.
