Description

Two maple trees in front of 3402 wythe ave are old and are dropping limbs even if there is no wind. One recently dropped, did not appear dead, had green leaves on it but the broken end was black and diseased. There is one dead branch, bark is deteriorating and the tree is spindly overall.
