Description
There are overgrown bushes blocking the view of oncoming northbound traffic when trying to turn from Crutchfield St to Westover Hills Blvd. This greatly shortens the decision time about whether it is safe to pull onto Westover Hills. People walking along the East side of Westover Hills have to walk in the right of way.
