Description
The signal at Monument Avenue and Malvern Avenue is no longer in coordination with the rest of the signals along Monument Avenue which I suspect might be from a stuck pedestrian button as it comes up every time. Having driven this corridor daily for the last 2 years, I am very confident something has changed because vehicles are stopping three or even four times rather inconsistently in both directions. Previously, heading eastbound or westbound was pretty consistent with one to no stops.
