Hanover Ave between Thompson St and Sheppard St measures about 3,100' and motorists stop at Thompson St, Nansemond St, Roseneath Rd, Tilden St, Cleveland St, Belmont Ave and Sheppard St. So, motorists stop about every 500’. Speed tables are not currently planned. Besides stopping at Thompson St and at Sheppard St all the other stops on Hanover St were legislated by City Council. Contact the Richmond Police Department (804.646.5100) to report vehicles running stop signs.
