Description
The roots of the pine tree in front of the house located at 4705 Fitzhugh Ave have lifted the curb and gutter pan to create an unsafe condition. Additionally as the winter sets in, the fear of pooling water and freezing temperatures can create an unsafe condition for not only this address but neighbors as the gutter system can’t work propperly to remove excess water timely.
