Description
For pedestrian safety (I walk here every workday) please stop drivers from being able to turn L from Broad to 10th. They already have a leading green& they WILL NOT YIELD TO PEDESTRIANS even though walk sign is on. There is often a bus turning R onto 10th &this completely blocks my view of drivers turning L.I have almost been hit many times because neither the cars turning Ror those turning Lwill yield for pedestrians!!!! This intersection is one of the worst downtown for pedestrian safety.

- Staff · September 15, 2025TJ, could you please verify\investigate this citizen's concern on the pedestrian safety matter? Probably adding Yield to Pedestrian sign can help.
- Staff · October 24, 2025The urban environment is meant for vehicles to yield to pedestrians when they are crossing. No serious crashes have been reported at this intersection. The Department will continue to monitor conditions, but no changes will be made at this time.
