Description

Sidewalks on both sides of the 2900 Garland block were removed by city in 2018 and NEVER RETURNED FOR REPAIR. PRIOR TICKETS HAVE BEEN CLOSED WITHOUT RESOLUTION. PLEASE FIX!!
