Caller states a week and half ago two supercans were ordered but they haven't rec'd the supercan(s). A SR didn't come up for a request for a supercan. Caller states she wants to have a supercan delivered because he doesn't have one it is missing and he wants to purchase a supercan because he needs two. (please note caller wants the missing supercan replaced and wants to purchase (1) supercan using his DPU acct. #)
