Description

The section of sidewalk near the corner of Floyd and Nanesemond as shown in photos has accumulated a thick film of dirt. When it rains, the becomes a big stretch of mud and does not drain, thus blocking this section of sidewalk. Since the sidewalk is blocked, pedestrians must walk in the street to avoid this section. Please clean up the existing dirt and figure out a way to prevent dirt from washing into the sidewalk during rain events.
