Description
Alley has 2 large tires that have been dumped 4709 Kensington Ave 23226 citizen stated that the things that are being dumped besides the tires are hospital waste and much more and stated this is causing health issues when it comes to the smell that she has to be breathe in and is asking for help with someone coming to pick the items up 4711 Kensington Ave has been seen dumping things in the alley as well .
