Description
Cars are parking in the intersection of 31st and E Marshall (i.e., too close to the corner) where the cross-walk used to be. This is causing young children who attend the elementary school to have to walk IN the very busy intersection to get around the parked cars. which is super unsafe. There should be no parking signs close to the intersection corners on both sides of 31st near the school.
