Description
It is never very clear how to submit the appropriate request. Please ensure that it ends up in the right place. As you must know, this intersection is blind in both directions from Honaker. Drivers cannot see on-coming traffic from either direction. It should be a right turn only from Honaker to Three Chopt. Additionally, Honaker is a wide street and drivers do not honor either side of the street because there are no markings or median. I have more to share than 500 characters. 8043809378.
