Description
The entrance to Monroe Park at N Laurel and W Franklin St ramp needs to be repaired or constructed. Monday, there was a man in a wheelchair who could not enter the park from here because the height of the sidewalk to the curb/curb ramp is to great that his wheels couldn't roll over it. They had to drive their wheelchair on the road with traffic until they reached one of the ramps in the park. Which seems very dangerous for everyone.
