states there is overgrowth of trees/bushes there's new growth a branches at the base that obstruct the view of cars coming East and west on Forest Hill Ave AND 43RD ST INTERSECTION growth that is on the right of way that is blocking the view of traffic. states both directions have obscured line of sight last ticket stated completed but citizen stated it is not DPW000206089
