Caller is currently in a wheelchair and the sidewalk is uneven; caller states the sidewalk is titled and caller states he had to build a wooden ramp to enter into his home; caller states the sidewalk has dropped; caller states everyone in street because the sidewalk is overgrown with vegetation and curb uneven due to tree roots; caller states there are other residents in the area with wheelchairs
