Description

There is substantial debris in the roadway - looks like crumbled black rubber, like pieces of a tire that disintegrated. It has been there for a few weeks and is getting spread around at this point. It is a hazard for motorcycles, bicycles, and wheelchairs, and looks like it should be cleaned up. This is in the 900 block of N. Shepard.
