Description
We have designated drop off on 13th street near our handicap ramp area however the incline is not ADA compatible and one of our wheelchair members fell backwards in his chair while trying to navigate the steep incline. One can see that the curb area was removed but never adapted so wheelchairs and walkers can safely enter and exit the sidewalk.
