Description

Overgrown weed turned turn tree at the end of fence touches my vehicle when in the alleyway. Overgrown weed against fence line has returned and some never removed. Spoke to neighbor two weeks ago he said it would be clean up on 8/26/25 as of 9/3/25 growth is still there. This has been an ongoing problem for 3 years now. I’m tired of this reoccurring issue with no real accountability from code enforcement and other agencies. I had my HVAC upgrade on 9/1 so u can see the situation is not to code

    No obstruction in alley. Did not notice anything in the yard either, but was not particularly looking in the yard b/c we only do public ROW
