Description
The alley next to our house is horribly ridden with weeds. Our kids cant run back there. You need to to theough the alley to access the back of the house. We have to store our trash and recycking there. It is so heavily weeded that there are creatures back there. City law states homeowners responsible for maintenance bht ghere are 4 houses sharinf an alley. Last year city came to weed it. This year they did not. It either needs to be a regular part of city weeding schedule/it needs to be paved.
