Description
The hedge on the property of 1300 Semmes Ave blocks the line of sight for vehicles attempting both right and left turns from W 13th onto Semmes Ave. You have to pull out into traffic practically to check for oncoming traffic. The hedge should not be allowed to remain there because the property regularly trims it back to keep the sidewalk clear.
