Description
4VAC5-30-95. Public urination or defecation. The alley between 2104 and 2106 W cary street is very narrow, and when approached from the rear of 2106 (through the backyard's brown fence), there is no add'l fence preventing entry into the alley way. This area is being used by individuals to urinate and defecate due to its hard-to-spot location. This side-area should be sufficiently fenced off, and the 2106 property owner should be responsible for removing the health hazards associated with waste building up on their property including a thorough and comprehensive disinfectant of the connected sidewalk on W Cary which is a public walkway.
