Description
This private residence has recycling bins in its backyard that are being used to hold normal garbage/refuse. These cans are never picked up by the trash service (since they're recycling bins) and they are not picked up by the recycling service (since it's clearly trash). This now leads to people throwing garbage into them, and the cans overflowing with trash. These cans and their contents should be removed, entirely, so there is not a focal point for litter in the area behind this home, which is adjacent to other private residences and leads to a bad odor/litter problem in the area.
