Description
Grass and trees becoming horribly overgrown and creeping into the street. Cedar street is already narrow and all of the overgrowth from Jefferson Park and on the other side of Cedar Street is starting to block the road and already blocks most of the sidewalk. People been illegally dumping lots of trash, tires, and furniture in the grasses because then you can't see it so be careful when mowing.
