Description
Its been over 1 year since the city removed my tree and left the stump behind. why do my requests keep getting marked as "completed" when the stump is still in my yard AND you have a service request specifically labeled for "stumps left behind longer than 6 months"? Please come take care of the stump that was left behind - this is ridiculous.
