Description

Citizen lives at 1741 Whitehead Rd - describing an issue in the loop between Whitehead, Elmbridge and Greenbank. Citizen advises that due to all the cars parked on the sides of the road, people can't see oncoming traffic when they're trying to get onto Whitehead and as a result a lot of people end up driving too fast which is a potential traffic hazard.
