Description
The people at 2112 Grove continuously block the alley behind their house with construction vehicles. There is a sign between 2112 and 2114 that says NO PARKING IN ALLEY but it is faded. The owners of 2112 say they have the right to park in the alley. Maybe a clear new sign or two in the alley would help.
