Description
The alley between Grove and Hanover is atrocious! With the five story apartment building going up on Thompson right at the entrance of tjis alley. All the trucks using alley for this building has made it deteriorate to the point its like driving an obstacle course trying to avoind the deep holes! This is a well used alley and the city should do something to fix this!
