Description

Traffic along 25th St between Broad and Main Streets has no calming devices and is often a constant acceleration lane both North and Southbound. Southbound is particularly concerning because of the downhill grade. Crosswalks at Grace and Franklin are often the location of pedestrian and vehicle incidents that could be avoided. The entire length of 25th St in this corridor should be calmed to facilitate pedestrian traffic, specifically along Grace Street towards Bellview Elementary School.
