There are gaps between the building and the sidewalk and they need to be filled in. This is causing water intrusion and water damage in the resident apartments on stockton street that are attached to that sidewalk

This location has been inspected on __9-15-25. ____X____ feet section of uneven of missing bricks. Repair will be conducted according to the rating system and safety hazard concerns. We will not be able to do the caulking around the edges of the bldg. We will take care of the missing bricks.
