Description
The trash situation created by this apartment complex on Cary st. has created a serious health hazard to the community. They let their trash sit for so long that it liquified and leaked from their dumpster into the alleyway between S. Laurel and S. Cherry and cars have tracked this sewage and trash wastewater onto the sidewalk and even down S. Laurel St. This needs to be cleaned up immediately as it makes the entire sidewalk on the western side of that block of Laurel st unusable to anyone who doesn't want their shoes to be covered in possibly toxic waste water.
