    The RVA311 concerned location is 4201 Wythe Ave but I assume you are interested in speeding on Antrim Ave near Thomas Jefferson School. The average speed on Antrim Ave between W. Grace St and Fitzhugh Ave measured 19mph in a 25mph zone. Traffic calming is not currently planned. Submit another RVA311 request if my assumption is wrong.
