Description

Northeast corner of E Broad and 29th. On June 13th, the sidewalk was tore up to get to the water pipes and for the second time it was left like that. The gravel and rocks are exposed and people walking, running and pushing strollers with children keep tripping and stumbling. This is a high pedestrian traffic area.
