    The City Fire Marshall does not support speed tables on Brookland Park Blvd because it is classified as an urban minor arterial, carries 7,000 vehicles a day and is a strategic route for emergency vehicles. The average speed samples on Brookland Park Blvd between Moss Side Ave and Griffin Ave measured 28 mph.
