Description
Black tar or asphalt has been used to cover some potholes and the area behind my home, but there are still potholes in the alley. Why is the City of Richmond reluctant to re-pave this entire alley? The tires on my car has been replaced MULTIPLE times due to those potholes & the City Of Richmond refuse to pay for the replacement. Now the axle on my car is rattling!!! The alley is still in horrible condition. Please repave this entire alley! We cannot park or enter via Midlothian Turnpike.
