Description
Because the maintenance crews stop at Mowbray Avenue, instead of continuing through to Stoneleigh, the weeds and vines are allowed to grow and encroach to the point where they are growing into the asphalt. In addition, poison ivy and ragweed are present and obviously can make people sick. Furthermore, a large number of tree of heaven are growing in this area, which attract spotted lantern flies. All of these noxious weeds spread to area yards and more public parts of the park, as well.
