Description
Wall is part of 2327 Grove Ave apartment building. Wall separates backyard of this property from sidewalk so is highly visible from the west side of N Stafford Ave. This is not the first time this request has been made. You do have a signed consent form on file from property’s owner (Frank O'Roark). Please call me if you need further explanation about this. I believe request DPW000212509 is for the same incident but mine is more precise and hopefully will elicit prompt response. Thank you.
