Description

I wanted to report a lot of trash under the 9th street bridge underpass at Semmes Avenue across from The Terraces at Manchester. It’s been there for many weeks. It does not belong to anyone unhoused as we see an unhoused man who stays there and he confirmed his cart are all his belongings.
