Description
Water leak at my meter since recent construction dug up alley. Has been this way for 2 months. Getting worse. Have emailed DPU and called DPU to no avail. Construction has nothing to do with my property. Please adjust my bill should damage be on my side of meter. Thank you, Paul Ramey
