Description
Vegetation overgrowth in the city-owned median on Three Chopt Rd prevents a clear view of the pedestrian crosswalk, sign, flashing light. Overgrowth is between St. Christophers Rd & crosswalk at Towana Rd. Cars traveling from St. Chris Rd to Towana cannot see sign or light until almost upon it. With Back-to-School, it's especially dangerous. Years ago we met w/ the city who agreed to keep growth 3 ft back. As you can see, growth covers the sign, light on the right until you reach the crosswalk.
