Description
The gravel alley is in poor condition with numerous large potholes and uneven areas. After rainfall, water collects in these spots and forms large puddles/lakes, making the alley difficult to drive and walk through. A fresh layer of gravel is needed to properly fill the holes, improve drainage, and restore safe and usable access for residents.
